The Community of Atlanta, Texas

The Mattie Lanier Richey Community Center is available for many special occassions! Centrally located in the city of Atlanta, the center comfortably seats 320.

Rental Fees

Non-Profit: $200 first 4 hours - $20 each additional hour
or $300 for all day rental
Commercial: $300 first 4 hours - $30 each additional hour
or $400 for all day rental
Use of Kitchen: $50 additional to base rent
A Security/Cleaning Deposit is required.
A Deposit of $100.00 is required to hold the date.

4,800 square feet - Auditorium 4,000 square feet - 260 space parking lot

Kitchen

Commercial stove - Double ovens - Grill & six burners - Icemaker - Refrigerator - Warmer - Two stainless steel worktables

Equipment

300 Stack chairs - 35 tables - Portable stage
